The LUMIASONIC™ PADDLE has a nice balance, a great sweet spot, offers surprisingly good control, has plenty of power, a fine feel, and is great for generating spin. By replacing the traditional polypropylene honeycomb structure with an EPP foam core, the LUMIASONIC™ PADDLE has a different feel: more connectedness, longer contact time, larger sweet spots, and often better grip.

Russ Coogan played nearly three hours of high-level pickleball with the LUMIASONIC™ EXTENDED paddle. His comment: "I have to admit I started with low expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised."
Appearance
I think the paddle looks nice. The shape and dimensions are just right for an elongated paddle. The edge protection was of excellent quality and fit perfectly. Before use, I applied a small piece of protective tape to the edge to protect the paddle. The handle had the right length, thickness, and shape, making it a comfortable paddle to hold.
The Grip
This is my favorite part of this paddle. It has an extra-wide end cap, exactly how I set up all my grips for power and leverage on fast strokes. The raised edge on the grip provides excellent tactile feel, even with a firm grip. The diameter of the grip is on the smaller side, exactly how I like it. Other players could potentially thicken the grip with a thicker overgrip. The length of the grip is more than sufficient for a two-handed backhand.
Balance
I found the paddle slightly top-heavy, but that is what most players want in an elongated paddle. The static weight was perfect. The twist weight felt a bit too low. This could be resolved by applying a small piece of tungsten tape at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions.
Stroke Characteristics
The paddle provided a solid, smooth stroke feel on drives from the baseline. Not that hollow, tinny feeling of most elite Gen 4 paddles these days. The EPP core provides a great feel. The material of the paddle blade generates exceptional spin. Just like with a tennis ball, the more I hit, the more the paddle blade inflated. This inflating structure generated increasingly more spin. The paddle generated exceptional power in the sweet spot. Although I found the sweet spot a bit tight, this undoubtedly has to do with the low twist weight and is easily remedied with tungsten tape. On dinks and reset shots, the paddle was a bit 'poppy'. This is easily corrected with better technique and a more flexible wrist movement. Overall, I really enjoyed this paddle. I particularly like the feel of the core. Very soothing for my arm.
Noise dampening
This is clearly a quiet paddle. The sound it makes is heavily muffled and pleasant to the ear. I received countless positive reactions from players around me. When I play, there are usually 50 to 70 people watching, and everyone wanted to know which paddle I was using that day. They were all amazed at how quiet the paddle was and how I could generate tremendous power and spin.
I have tested paddles from other manufacturers of noise-canceling paddles. The LUMIASONIC™ was absolutely the best in every respect. It was more playable and controllable than the Whisper Silencer (with a hard surface) and comparable to, but generally better than, the Owl I tested. I would like to test their hard-surface paddle for comparison.

The Lumiasonic Fireball Hybrid is a winner from the very first stroke.
Silent rackets no longer just solve noise problems; they are redefining performance at the professional level. With the introduction of the Lumiasonic Fireball Hybrid, the bar for performance has been raised once again.
This new generation of silent rackets delivers figures that were unthinkable even a year ago:
Pop: Explosive rebound speeds that rival the loudest and stiffest power rackets on the market.
Power: Drive speed and finishing power that meet the demands of professionals at the highest level.
Spin: Tour-worthy spin speeds that allow players to bend, dive, and shape the ball with precision.
When you combine this kind of performance with drastically lower noise production, you get a racket category that is no longer defined by "low noise"... but by high-quality engineering.
Silent rackets are officially mainstream. Professionals win with them! And with products like the Lumiasonic Fireball Hybrid, this evolution is only accelerating.
The Lumiasonic Fireball 16mm Hybrid racket combines feel, spin, and power in a way that feels incredibly good.
The hybrid shape is a striking feature in itself – perfectly balanced from top to bottom, giving you a mix of agility on the 'kitchen' and stability on the drives.
The racket swings fast without ever feeling top-heavy and delivers power without the inertia that some elongated shapes bring.
The distinctive Lumiasonic textured surface provides a buttery-soft feel on the 'kitchen', making dinks feel effortless.
As the surface softens with use, the spin potential increases from amazing to absurd – easily surpassing the durability and performance of today's best grit technologies.
And then there is the EPP foam core: whisper-quiet, yet surprisingly powerful. You get clean, predictable hitting power on drives and counters, without losing the control that makes this racket so fun to play with.
If you are looking for a racket that combines finesse, spin, and controlled power into one elegant whole, then the Fireball is absolutely worth trying.
